"Mom's" Rugalech ---- Dessert
I usually do this with any leftover pie crust when making pies. Garlic Mashed Potatoes American Vegetable I use mayonnaise for butter because is good and doesn't really effect the taste of the potatoes and you can use fat free mayonnaise and still get the .... Cruise Inn Crab Cakes American Seafood I use lump crab meat. These are delicious since they're almost all crab with very little filler..... One Step Pound Cake ---- Cakes I use low-fat sour cream instead of the pineapple yogurt. This is a family favorite!!.... Pasta from scratch ---- Pasta I use a filling of minced cooked veal or turkey breast, parmesean or romano cheese, a bit of minced onion and garlic and a few spoonfuls of ricotta c.... Mole Sauce Mexican Sauces I use 1/2 to 1 cup for a two-person meal. This sauce packs a real wollop though, so definetly check it for heat before liberal use. I use it with chi.... Osso Buco ---- Veal I use 1/2 stick of butter instead of whole stick. I added the chopped carrots,not in original recipe. I serve with mashed Yukon Gold potatoes and ei....
