I made a double batch of this last night. It is so easy and is so delicious. Enjoy!.... Vidalia Onion Pie American Vegetable I like to prebake the pie shell about 5 minutes to prevent soggy crust. You can substitute Walla's if you can't get Vidalias..... Cottage Cheese Topping for Baked Potatoes ---- Vegetable I like this a lot better than fat-free or low-fat sour cream as a topping.....
