I made a double batch of this last night. It is so easy and is so delicious. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 16 ounce package frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 lb container ricotta cheese
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic (optional)
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 lb fettuccini or linguine

Directions

If the broccoli has a lot of water in it, then squeeze the water out. Take some oil and put it in a large pot. If you are watching calories, then just add enough to coat the bottom of it, if not you can use more oil. Saute garlic for a few seconds in the oil, then add the broccoli. Cook for a few minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients. Add cooked pasta, stir well and serve.
