Here's another recipe which just makes a pitcher: (from:Dinner On The Ground)
Pitcher O'Lemonade
6-8 large lemons
2 quarts water
1-1/2 cups sugar
Squeeze lemons and remove seeds. Leave as much pulp as possible. Pour water over lemon juice. Add sugar. Stir to dissolve. Makes 6 tall glasses.
Note: You might want to use this method for the first recipe if you like the idea of leaving in the pulp.
These are lighter than the typical muffin due to the beaten egg whites. I like to add about 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel and use the fresh lemon juice.
