Winnipeg Beef Stroganoff Canadian Beef I have made this more times than I want to count, everybody loves it, however I saute fresh mushrooms with the beef and onions and we prefer it served.... SPIKED HAM American Pork I have made this MANY times and it always receives raves! I put the pan drippings out as a dipping sauce, after removing the fat as much as possible..... COCA COLA CAKE ---- Cakes I HAVE MADE THIS CAKE MANY TIMES AND IT ALWAYS GONE IN A DAY!!!.... Chicken Kiev Russian Chicken I have made this before cooking & had great results freezing it until ready to deep fry. Just chill it well on a baking sheet first before putting it.... Lace Cookies ---- Cookie I have made these before and they need your constant attention so they don't get too well done or sticky..... Cinnamon Rolls American Dessert I have made these and they are WONDERFUL!.... Yorkshire Pudding ---- Beef I have made the same thing in muffin tins with the oil or drippings and it works great and makes individual servings. These are also known as popovers.... Black Forest Dump Cake ---- Cakes I have made dump cakes for years and just recently found this recipe. I haven't tried it yet but, it's so easy and sounds like it would be yummy..... Trout with Miso Sauce & Mushrooms American Seafood I have increased some of the quantities from the original recipe because our Texas Trout are quite large. This recipe also works well with flounder o.... eggplant parmagiana Italian Vegetable I have had this dish in a number of Italian restaurants and loved it because it is so tasty. I went home and worked out how to do it myself. I don't.... Black Bean Guacamole Mexican Dips I have had more compliments on this guacamole recipe than any other---enjoy!....
