Sopes de chorizo Mexican Beef I have to say that sopes can take a while to make not because they are particularly difficult to make but because most North-american kitchens are not.... Galatoboureko Greek Pies I have taken this recipe from a Greek cookbook and checked it with another one. Both call for "semolina"--I would try it with all purpose flour if you.... Tomato Soup Cake ---- Cakes I have several other recipes that use chopped walnuts and dried cherries as an option. Enjoy...... Mole' Poblano Mexican Sauces I have several more recipes for mole, such as tamarind and "Holy Leaf". I know this is not a "short" recipe, but it is worth the effort. Good Luck!.... Ensaimada Philippine Style Filipino Bread I have never made this and just copied it out of a cookbook. In the Philippines you can purchase Ensaimadas in all the bakeshops..... Rhubarb Fool American Dessert I have never made this and I'm not sure what "vanilla essence" is, but I assume it's vanilla extract. I have a large collection of rhubarb recipes.....
