Use for steaks, ka-bobs for grilling, or roasts. For roasts, after marinating, pour all of marinade over roast and cover for most of cooking time. I live in Alaska where we have access to moose, caribou, etc. We use ground wild game just like ground beef, for spaghetti sauce, chili, etc.
Ingredients
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons grated onion
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
If meat is very ""gamey"" soak for 30 minutes in salt water. Marinade for 2 hours or more.
