Ingredients:
Juice of 2 lemons4 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 tablespoons grated onion 1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder (optional) 1 teaspoon ground ginger 1 clove garlic crushed 2 teaspoons salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
If meat is very ""gamey"" soak for 30 minutes in salt water. Marinade for 2 hours or more.Use for steaks, ka-bobs for grilling, or roasts. For roasts, after marinating, pour all of marinade over roast and cover for most of cooking time.
I live in Alaska where we have access to moose, caribou, etc. We use ground wild game just like ground beef, for spaghetti sauce, chili, etc.
