Ingredients
- 10oz package thawed Stouffers Spinach souffle
- 10oz can of cream of potato soup
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- pinch of thyme and pepper
Directions
Put all in blender and blend until smooth. Pour into pan and stirring frequently bring soup to a near boil. Makes 3 good size bowls of soup.
