Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pkg frozen perch or halibut fillets, thawed
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 1 1/2 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 10 3/4 oz. can crfeam of shrimp soup, undiluted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • Paprika

Directions

Place fillets in lightly greased 9" bakinig dish. Sprinkle w/pepper & garlic powder; dot with butter. Spoon soup over fillets; sprinkle w/cheese & paprika. Bake, uncovered, at 350, about 20 min. or until fish flakes easily with a fork. 4 servings.
