Ingredients

  • 1 large can salmon
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 large onion, grated fine not shredded
  • 1 med baking potato, grated fine not shredded
  • 1 egg
  • bread crumbs
  • garlic powder
  • salt & pepper

Directions

Drain salmon and throw away bones, skin and any blackened meat. Drain tuna and mix together with salmon. Mix together all ingredients except bread crumbs. Add only enough crumbs to form and hold patties together. Heat small amount of oil in pan and fry in batches until golden brown. Definitely not a low fat method but really delicious.
