Ingredients

  • 36 small eggs(hard-boiled)
  • 1 quart white vinegar
  • 1 quart water
  • 3 Tablespoons salt
  • 1(12 oz.) jar jalepeno peppers
  • 2 white onions(quartered)
  • 1 package pickling spice
  • 6 bay leaves

Directions

Peel eggs. Heat vinegar, water and salt to rolling boil. Place eggs, peppers, onions, pickling spice and bay leaves in large mouth 1 gallon jar. Pour vinegar mixture over eggs. Cover with tight-fitting lid. Allow 1-2 weks for eggs to pickle.
