Pickled Eggs Recipe

  Appetizer

Ingredients:
36 small eggs(hard-boiled)
1 quart white vinegar
1 quart water
3 Tablespoons salt
1(12 oz.) jar jalepeno peppers
2 white onions(quartered)
1 package pickling spice
6 bay leaves

Directions:
Peel eggs. Heat vinegar, water and salt to rolling boil. Place eggs, peppers, onions, pickling spice and bay leaves in large mouth 1 gallon jar. Pour vinegar mixture over eggs. Cover with tight-fitting lid. Allow 1-2 weks for eggs to pickle.
