Ingredients
- 1 chicken cut up or 1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Glaze:
- 1 C Bourbon whiskey
- 1.2 C dark brown sugar
- 1 C ketsup
- 2 tsp worcestshire sauce
- 1/4 C white vinegar
- 1 T fresh lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tso dry mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients and brush chicken with a thin coating of the glaze. BBq or broil in oven, continue to baste as you are cooking...turning chicken while cooking.
