BOURBON CHICKEN Recipe

  Cajun Chicken

Ingredients:
1 chicken cut up or 1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Glaze:

1 C Bourbon whiskey
1.2 C dark brown sugar
1 C ketsup
2 tsp worcestshire sauce
1/4 C white vinegar
1 T fresh lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tso dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Combine all ingredients and brush chicken with a thin coating of the glaze. BBq or broil in oven, continue to baste as you are cooking...turning chicken while cooking.
