Ingredients

  • 1 chicken cut up or 1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Glaze:
  • 1 C Bourbon whiskey
  • 1.2 C dark brown sugar
  • 1 C ketsup
  • 2 tsp worcestshire sauce
  • 1/4 C white vinegar
  • 1 T fresh lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tso dry mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients and brush chicken with a thin coating of the glaze. BBq or broil in oven, continue to baste as you are cooking...turning chicken while cooking.
