Ingredients

  • 4 chops
  • 1 tb. oil
  • 3 c. plain croutons
  • 1 16oz. can cream style corn
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 ts. grated onion
  • 1/2 ts. each: Sage, Basil, salt
  • 1/4 ts. pepper

Directions

Brown chops in oil. Sprinklw with salt and pepper. Mix all remaining ingredients. In loaf pan, alternate chops and stuffing lengthwise and bake 1 hr. at 350:
