Stuffed Porkchops Recipe

  German Pork

Ingredients:
4 chops
1 tb. oil
3 c. plain croutons
1 16oz. can cream style corn
1 egg, beaten
1 ts. grated onion
1/2 ts. each: Sage, Basil, salt
1/4 ts. pepper

Directions:
Brown chops in oil. Sprinklw with salt and pepper. Mix all remaining ingredients. In loaf pan, alternate chops and stuffing lengthwise and bake 1 hr. at 350:
