Ingredients

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 4 rounded teaspoons instant espresso coffee
  • 2 envelopes no-calorie sweetener
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • Powdered cinnamon

Directions

In a blender container, combine milk, instant espresso, no-calorie sweetener, water and ice cubes. Blend until frothy. Fill four 8-oz. glasses with ice cubes. Pour cappuccino over the ice and dust with powdered cinnamon.
