Cappuccino Frost Recipe

  Italian Beverage

Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk
4 rounded teaspoons instant espresso coffee
2 envelopes no-calorie sweetener
1 cup cold water
1/2 cup ice cubes
Powdered cinnamon

Directions:
In a blender container, combine milk, instant espresso, no-calorie sweetener, water and ice cubes. Blend until frothy. Fill four 8-oz. glasses with ice cubes. Pour cappuccino over the ice and dust with powdered cinnamon.
Makes 4 servings. Calories per serving: 28
