Ingredients

  • 2 (5oz.) chicken breasts, bone and skin removed
  • 1/4 small onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 pound fettuccine, cooked
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

Directions

Saute chicken in the butter over medium heat for 5 minutes; add onions, cream and all the seasonings. Let cream mixture come to a boil and add fettuccine. Add cheese and toss until sauce clings to pasta. Serve hot.


Serves 2.
