This recipe can be very easily cut in half to make 4 servings
Ingredients
- Nonstick vegetable cooking spray
- 8 oz. spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces, cooked according to package directions, drained
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 32 oz. spaghetti sauce, commercial or homemade
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 inch casserole with nonstick vegetable cooking spray. Place cooked spaghetti in casserole. In a small bowl, beat milk and eggs. Pour over spaghetti. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, then spread spaghetti sauce over top. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake 35-40 minutes or until bubbly.
Serves 8.
