You can add some sliced green pepper, if you like. We do sometimes. People that don't like cabbage, have asked me to make this on our local camping trips. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • cabbage, quartered, cored & cut in 1-1/2" chunks
  • onion, chunked
  • garlic powder
  • season salt
  • salt & pepper
  • cajon powder (all spices to taste)
  • water
  • bacon grease

Directions

In large skillet, put a little water & bacon grease. Add all ingredients. Cook/stir-fry just until tender-crisp on medium-high heat.
