Fried Cabbage Recipe

Ingredients:
cabbage, quartered, cored & cut in 1-1/2" chunks
onion, chunked
garlic powder
season salt
salt & pepper
cajon powder (all spices to taste)
water
bacon grease

Directions:
In large skillet, put a little water & bacon grease. Add all ingredients. Cook/stir-fry just until tender-crisp on medium-high heat.
You can add some sliced green pepper, if you like. We do sometimes. People that don't like cabbage, have asked me to make this on our local camping trips. Enjoy!
