• 2 english cucumbers (with peel!)
  • 10 italian tomatoes (fresh!)
  • 1 white sweet onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 4 stems cilantro chopped fine
  • tobasco or hot chili sauce
  • 1 can Heinz tomato juice
  • 1 fresh lemon
  • pepper, salt


Use steel blade of cuisinart to chop up ingredients into bite size bits, squeeze in juice of one lemon, season to taste. add to a pot of Heinz tomato juice (cold). Let soup stand overnight, garnish with lemon slices and serve in chilled bowls. Add tobasco or chili sauce before chilling and before serving. Enjoy!
