Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. salted whole cashews

Directions

Melt sugar in heavy skillet over low heat, stirring constantly till sugar is completely melted and golden brown. Remove from heat, add 1 c. nuts, and pour into buttered pan to make a thin sheet. When nearly cold, mark off squares, or allow to cool and break into irregular pieces. Makes 1/2 pound.
