Ingredients

  • 4 frozen rock-lobster tails (3-5 oz each)
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 tbsp capers, drainer
  • freshly ground pepper, to taste

Directions

Cook unthoweed lobster tails, covered, in 1 inch of boiling salted water w/bay leaf for 6-10 minutes. Remove from water, split each tail, and loosen meat, but leave in shell to serve. Mix remaihning ingredients and serve as sauce or used melted butter and lots of lemon wedges. 4 servings.
