Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked & peeled shrimp
- 1 pound feta cheese, rinsed, patted dry & crumbled
- 12 green onions, chopped
- 4 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- 4 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 pound pasta, cooked
- 2 packages Good Seasons Italian dressing mix, prepared according to directions
- salt & pepper to taste
Directions
1. Combine shrimp, feta, onions, basil, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Pour the prepared Italian dressing over the shrimp mixture; let the mixture marinade for several hours.
2. Add cooked and cooled pasta to the shrimp mixture before serving.
