Ingredients

  • 2 slices bacon, chopped
  • 2 lbs. Swiss chard, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh garlic
  • 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp; drain on paper towels. Pour oft fat from skillet.
2. Cook Swiss chard in same skillet over medium heat until chard begins to wilt. Add garlic and cook, stirring, 2 minutes.
3. Place chard in a lightly greased baking dish; sprinkle with bacon and Parmesan cheese.
4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
