Ingredients

  • 2 lb. sausage
  • 6 T. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 4 cups milk
  • Biscuits:
  • 2 cups bisquick
  • 3/4 cup milk

Directions

Cook sausage in skillet. Add flour. Stir quickly until a paste forms. Then add milk, 1 cup at a time. Mixture should be thick. Pan should be on high. Add salt & pepper. Biscuits: Mix bisquick & milk. Roll out cut out circles with a cookie cutter. Place on cookie sheet & bake at 450 for 7-9 min. Serve gravy over biscuits. Serves about 8 -10 people.
