Sausage gravy & Biscuits Recipe | |

Ingredients:
2 lb. sausage 6 T. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 4 cups milk Biscuits: 2 cups bisquick 3/4 cup milk
Directions:
Cook sausage in skillet. Add flour. Stir quickly until a paste forms. Then add milk, 1 cup at a time. Mixture should be thick. Pan should be on high. Add salt & pepper. Biscuits: Mix bisquick & milk. Roll out cut out circles with a cookie cutter. Place on cookie sheet & bake at 450 for 7-9 min. Serve gravy over biscuits. Serves about 8 -10 people. |
