Ingredients

  • 1 cup green olives (without pits)
  • 1 cup black olives (w/o pits) test with different types of olives for your personal preference.
  • 1 tspn minced garlic
  • 1 tspn capers
  • 1 tbspn tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tspn oregano

Directions

place all ingredients in a blender or food processer blend until smooth. change the amount of oil to determine the consistancy
