Ingredients
- 1 cup green olives (without pits)
- 1 cup black olives (w/o pits) test with different types of olives for your personal preference.
- 1 tspn minced garlic
- 1 tspn capers
- 1 tbspn tomato paste
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tspn oregano
Directions
place all ingredients in a blender or food processer blend until smooth. change the amount of oil to determine the consistancy
