olive spread Recipe

  Italian Appetizer

Ingredients:
1 cup green olives (without pits)
1 cup black olives (w/o pits) test with different types of olives for your personal preference.
1 tspn minced garlic
1 tspn capers
1 tbspn tomato paste
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tspn oregano

Directions:
place all ingredients in a blender or food processer blend until smooth. change the amount of oil to determine the consistancy
