When I have the time, I make my own Pasta Ready with fresh tomates. I use whatever is handy from the garden & kitchen.
Ingredients
- scallops
- lemon pepper
- butter
- can of Pasta Ready (found next to sauces,a chunk tomatoe pasta toss)
- cooked pasta
Directions
Cook pasta of your choice, meanwhile saute the scallops with the butter & lemon pepper to taste. When the scallops are done, toss with the Pasta Ready,then toss with drained pasta. If you're in a hurry this is great & tasty. Company loves it too.
