quick 'pasta ready' scallops Recipe | |

Ingredients:
scallopslemon pepper butter can of Pasta Ready (found next to sauces,a chunk tomatoe pasta toss) cooked pasta
Directions:
Cook pasta of your choice, meanwhile saute the scallops with the butter & lemon pepper to taste. When the scallops are done, toss with the Pasta Ready,then toss with drained pasta. If you're in a hurry this is great & tasty. Company loves it too. When I have the time, I make my own Pasta Ready with fresh tomates. I use whatever is handy from the garden & kitchen.
