Ingredients
- To each part:
- Firm diced lard
- Use:
- 2 parts leans ground pork
- Season the lard mixture with:
- Thyme
- Summer Savory
- Coriander
- Sweet Marjoram
- Pulverized bay leaf
- Freshly ground pepper
Directions
For 4 servings allow about 1 lb. of freshly ground sausage meat.
This has to be played by ear. The best way to learn is to mix up a small batch and cook up a sample.
