To each part:Firm diced lard Use: 2 parts leans ground pork Season the lard mixture with: Thyme Summer Savory Coriander Sweet Marjoram Pulverized bay leaf Freshly ground pepper
Directions:
For 4 servings allow about 1 lb. of freshly ground sausage meat.This has to be played by ear. The best way to learn is to mix up a small batch and cook up a sample. |
