Half can be frozen for another meal.
Ingredients
- 4 lbs. chicken parts
 - 1 cup dry sherry
 - 4 tablespoons honey
 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
 - 2 teaspoons dry mustard
 - 1 teaspoon ground ginger
 - 1 teaspoon paprika
 
Directions
Separate chicken parts, wash and pat dry. Place in large flat baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate 4-6 hours. Turn chicken or baste once.  Remove chicken, reserving marinade. Arrange 1/2 of chicken, skin side up in a 10x6-inch baking dish. Mocrowave (covered) for 18 minutes, giving dish a quarter-turn every 3 minutes. Remove.   Repeat with remaining chicken. Transfer all chicken to grill and cook over hot coals about 10 minutes. Brush frequently with marinade and turn chicken until evenly browned.
