Honeyed Chicken Recipe | |

Ingredients:
4 lbs. chicken parts1 cup dry sherry 4 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 teaspoons dry mustard 1 teaspoon ground ginger 1 teaspoon paprika
Directions:
Separate chicken parts, wash and pat dry. Place in large flat baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate 4-6 hours. Turn chicken or baste once. Remove chicken, reserving marinade. Arrange 1/2 of chicken, skin side up in a 10x6-inch baking dish. Mocrowave (covered) for 18 minutes, giving dish a quarter-turn every 3 minutes. Remove. Repeat with remaining chicken. Transfer all chicken to grill and cook over hot coals about 10 minutes. Brush frequently with marinade and turn chicken until evenly browned.Makes 4 servings.
Half can be frozen for another meal.
