Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup whipping cream, whipped
  • 3 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions

In a large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients, beating until smooth. Fold in whipped cream, strawberris and pecans. Pour into an 8 x 11-inch pan. Freeze four hours, or until firm. Cut into 2 1/2-inch squares. Serve immediately.


Yield: about 12 servings.
