Ingredients:
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened1/3 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon lemon juice 3 tablespoons granulated sugar 1/3 cup whipping cream, whipped 3 cups sliced fresh strawberries 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients, beating until smooth. Fold in whipped cream, strawberris and pecans. Pour into an 8 x 11-inch pan. Freeze four hours, or until firm. Cut into 2 1/2-inch squares. Serve immediately. Yield: about 12 servings.
