Ingredients
- Halibut
- Worcestershire sauce
- lemon juice
- flour
- bacon fat
- salt and pepper
- butter
Directions
Take several thin pieces of filleted halibut and dip in a sauce consisting of one part Worcestershire and two parts lemon juice. Roll in flour: fry in bacon fat until brown. Salt and pepper each side. Dot with butter and simmer covered pan until fish flakes.
