Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tsps. grated green ginger
  • 4 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Directions

1. Mix marinate ingredients and pour over chicken wings. Leave to marinate overnight or a couple of hours.

2. Pour marinate over chicken and bake in moderate oven for approx. 45 minutes. Constantly brush marinate over chicken while cooking.

3. Place wings on a serving dish and pour marinate over (I usually place marinate in separate dish and pour off any oil).
