Ingredients

  • 4 large fresh mushrooms
  • Butter
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 - 5 slices bacon, cooked crisp, drained and finely crumbled
  • 10 - 12 green olives, finely chopped

Directions

Clean mushrooms, remove and finely chop stems. Saute the mushroom caps in butter for about 3 - 4 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients, including chopped mushroom stems Fill mushrooms caps, mounding slightly. (May be prepared ahead to this point and refrigerated.) Preheat broiler. Place filled mushroom caps on a cookie sheet. Broil 5 - 10 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
