Bicki's Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe | |

Ingredients:
4 large fresh mushroomsButter 1/3 cup mayonnaise 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce 4 - 5 slices bacon, cooked crisp, drained and finely crumbled 10 - 12 green olives, finely chopped
Directions:
Clean mushrooms, remove and finely chop stems. Saute the mushroom caps in butter for about 3 - 4 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients, including chopped mushroom stems Fill mushrooms caps, mounding slightly. (May be prepared ahead to this point and refrigerated.) Preheat broiler. Place filled mushroom caps on a cookie sheet. Broil 5 - 10 minutes or until browned and bubbly. |
