Ingredients
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- Dash bottled hot pepper sauce
- 4 cups buttermilk
- 8 oz. chicken breast, cooked and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 small cucumber, chopped (1 cup)
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 2oz. jar diced pimento, drained (1/4 cup)
Directions
In 1-1/2 quart bowl mix onion salt, mustard, sugar, thyme, and hot pepper sauce. Stir in buttermilk, chicken, cucumber, green pepper, celery, and pimiento. Cover; chill.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
