Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
  • Dash bottled hot pepper sauce
  • 4 cups buttermilk
  • 8 oz. chicken breast, cooked and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 small cucumber, chopped (1 cup)
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 2oz. jar diced pimento, drained (1/4 cup)

Directions

In 1-1/2 quart bowl mix onion salt, mustard, sugar, thyme, and hot pepper sauce. Stir in buttermilk, chicken, cucumber, green pepper, celery, and pimiento. Cover; chill.



Makes 8 to 10 servings.
