Ingredients
- 1 lb. flank steak, sliced thin against the grain.
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil - ESSENTIAL: use Kadoya or other "smoky-flavored"
- sesame oil!
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2+ cloves garlic, crushed
Directions
Combine all ingredients except beef in a large bowl. Stir well. Add beef slices, and marinade at least 30 minutes (better, several hours). Stir-fry, broil or grill marinaded beef slices. Yum! (if necessary, add a bit more of
other ingredients to cover beef while it marinades!)
