Bulgogi (Korean BBQ Beef) Recipe | |

Ingredients:
1 lb. flank steak, sliced thin against the grain.1/4 cup light soy sauce 3 Tbsp sugar 2 Tbsp sesame oil - ESSENTIAL: use Kadoya or other "smoky-flavored" sesame oil! 1/4 tsp. white pepper 3 green onions, chopped 2+ cloves garlic, crushed
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except beef in a large bowl. Stir well. Add beef slices, and marinade at least 30 minutes (better, several hours). Stir-fry, broil or grill marinaded beef slices. Yum! (if necessary, add a bit more ofother ingredients to cover beef while it marinades!) |
