Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp dried thyme
  • 2 tsp ground allspice
  • 2 tsp fresh ground pepper
  • 2 tsp ground red papper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves

Directions

Combine all ingredients; store in airtight container. Sprinkle on chicken or seafood before grilling.


Yield: 1/3 cup.
