Ingredients:
1 1/2 tbsp sugar1 tbsp onion powder 1 tbsp dried thyme 2 tsp ground allspice 2 tsp fresh ground pepper 2 tsp ground red papper 1 tsp salt 3/4 tsp ground nutmeg 1/4 tsp ground cloves
Directions:
Combine all ingredients; store in airtight container. Sprinkle on chicken or seafood before grilling. Yield: 1/3 cup.
